To request ALL future deliveries be left, check with your housemates to see if there is already an authority to leave set up at your address, or visit NZ Post website to find out more.

ZOOM recommend you choose a delivery address where someone is there to sign for your delivery e.g. your workplace. Medicines arrive in discreet packaging with no pharmacy identifier, so no-one will know what’s inside your parcel, or that it came from ZOOM.

FREE shipping for prescriptions with 3 or more medicines on them, or for orders over $100. A $5 shipping fee may apply for 1-2 medicines, but check with ZOOM as you could be exempt.

ZOOM can dispense and deliver ALL your medicines. Make it simple for yourself – get ZOOM to organise and deliver ALL your meds. Just ask your GP clinic to put all your meds on the one prescription and send it to ZOOM. Easy!

Your GP clinic cannot refuse to send your prescription to ZOOM.

It’s your right to choose what pharmacy you use, so tell your GP clinic, you choose ZOOM. The Health and Disability Commissioner is very clear – a patient has the right to make an informed choice and give informed consent, and must be free to choose what pharmacy they use.

Once you have paid any prescription and delivery fees that may apply, ZOOM dispatches your medicines. If you do this before 2pm ZOOM can dispatch that afternoon. Delivery is by Courier Post and takes between 1-2 working days anywhere in New Zealand.

Yes.

When ZOOM receives your first prescription, you will receive a text to download the ZOOM Pharmacy app. But if apps aren’t your thing – no worries, you don’t need to download or use it. ZOOM will simply contact you by whatever way you prefer i.e. phone, email or text, and let you know we have received your prescription.

If you have already downloaded and are using the app, when ZOOM receives your prescription, you will receive an app notification that you have new medicines to confirm and pay for.

ZOOM deliveries have no pharmacy identifier on the package. The sender’s name shows as our shipping agent, Parcel Wings. No one who might see the delivery package will know who it is from or what is inside.

Once you request a repeat with ZOOM, we send your request to your doctor. Typically, your doctor approves or declines repeat requests within 1-2 working days. As soon as we hear back from your doctor, we will let you know. If your doctor wants to see you first (e.g. to check your blood pressure) we will let you know. Repeat requests made on weekends or public holidays may take a little longer.

Yes. But only if you have NOT paid for it. You cannot cancel an order that has already been paid for.

On your mobile, check settings, then notifications, and make sure your app notifications for ZOOM Pharmacy are switched on.

You can change your dose reminder times, within prescribed limits, on the settings page in your app.

We use push notifications to keep you informed and to ensure that you never run out of medication. We therefore strongly recommend that you leave your notifications turned on.
