Clicking on this tracking number will take you to the NZ Post tracking page. Here you can see your shipments progress and are able to redirect your shipment, add delivery instructions, etc.
Shipping times will depend on where you live in New Zealand. The following delivery time estimates can provide some guidance:
North Island delivery 1-2 working days (working days are Monday-Friday)
South Island delivery 1-3 working days (working days are Monday-Friday)
Rural delivery, allow an additional 1-2 working days
Delivery time estimates are from when NZ Post collects the parcel from ZOOM (not from when the order is placed) NZ Post is our chosen courier, the above delivery times are targets, and are not always possible due to reasons outside of their control e.g. weather/road conditions. You can see updates on delivery delays on NZ Post Contact and Support.
As a licenced pharmacy we are able to dispense and deliver most medications, which are packed with care in appropriate plain packaging and sent on the appropriate service for each specific order.
Some medicines such as controlled drugs and lifestyle medicines require signature upon delivery unless specified otherwise.
Refrigerated Medicines are sent with ice packs in cold storage packaging via the NZ Post Perishable Service. These orders get expedited shipping and cold storage at NZ Post facilities. If you have any questions about sending refrigerated medicines, please get in touch with our pharmacy team.
No. In your tracking link, you may wish to direct where you would like the NZ Post courier to leave your parcel. Just click on ‘parcel leave’ then click on ‘add instructions’. Then select the option best for you, for example ‘leave at front door’. You can even click the ‘other’ option and write in specific instructions like ‘go down the path to the left of the garage door and leave by the red door’ for example.
What deliveries are ‘signature required’?
Note that, for health and safety reasons, controlled medicines and fridge medicines cannot be left, nor can selected expensive unfunded medicines. Lifestyle medications (e.g., Viagra) are also sent as signature required unless told otherwise. So for these special deliveries only, a NZ Post courier will knock on the door, and ask the person they hand the delivery to for their name, to record proof of delivery.
If you need a new prescription, or need your medicines sent urgently please call or email our team as soon as possible. Our experienced pharmacy team will find the fastest and most appropriate way for you to get the medication you need.

ZOOM Pharmacy can deliver anywhere in New Zealand. Delivery to residential (including rural), work and PO boxes addresses are accepted.
Yes. With NZ Post ‘Parcel Collect’ you can have your tracked parcels delivered directly to one of their 300+ Parcel Collect locations nationwide. So, you can pick them up when and where it’s most convenient to you. Find out more here.
NZ Post can deliver to apartments – if they have a drop point, in an open/accessible foyer. However, note that NZ Post couriers do not/will not call individual customers on delivery, or wait for them to come down, or deliver to a person on the top floor. Be mindful of the size your delivery will be, a small bag may well fit into your apartment mailbox in the foyer, however a small box will not.
In apartments without an open or accessible foyer, you may need to speak to your building manager/body corporate and see if they can offer any solutions for courier drivers to your location.
Or, you could change your delivery address to a close friend, family member, or even a friendly shop near you OR use NZ Post ‘Parcel Collect’ instead, find out more here.
Yes, if your address needs to be updated you should contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.

4 or more regular medicines – FREE shipping + FREE Packing
3 or less regular medicines – $6.50 shipping + $5.00 packing fee
Bulk/heavy or urgent items may incur a higher delivery fee.
To qualify for our Monthly Medicines Service you need to be on 4 or more regular medicines. These are regular medicines that are suitable to be packed into sachet packs e.g. tablet or capsule medications. Medicines that are in liquid or powder form, refrigerated medicines do not fall under this classification regarding qualifying for the Monthly Medicines Service.
Sachet packs are a convenient and easy way to manage your medicines. Allowing you to have peace of mind that you are taking your medicines correctly and easily keep track of where you are at. Each individual sachet is clearly labelled with your name, the medicines inside, the date, day of the week, and time to take it. Your sachet packs come in a long roll, loaded into a dispenser box. Sachets come out in the order that you need to take them.
Four weeks – that is 28 days. And ZOOM will automatically begin to organise your next roll to send to you, well before the roll you are taking runs out.
Why 28 days instead of 30?
We dispense sachets in a quantity of 28 days as all the other pharmacies do, including blister packs. The system and the robots are automated based on weekly cycle to keep consistency and continuity, rather than inconsistent “monthly” quantity where the months change between 30 and 31 days.
If your doctor changes the medicines you are on, when you are in the middle of a roll, let ZOOM know.
