Attention: New Service Charges Effective 01/11/2024

 

To continue to sustainably offer our high level of service we’ve made the decision to introduce a few new fees: an Irregular/Off-Cycle Shipment Fee, a Late Payment Fee, and an Expedited Handling Fee.

 

The new fees have been introduced to cover the significant additional administrative, handling, and operational costs associated with picking, packing and shipping medicines outside of our planned cycle of regular Monthly Medicines Service Shipments. It is important to note that regular Monthly Medicines Service Shipments remain FREE.
