ZOOM Pharmacy is constantly looking for ways to reduce barriers to people taking medicines correctly. We are New Zealand owned and operated and our mission is to improve medicines adherence.
That’s why we recently made it easier for people to qualify for our Free Monthly Medicines Service.
Despite significant increases in operating costs, particularly shipping, we have held our standard shipping rate steady for more than 5 years. To ensure we can continue delivering the high level of service you rely on, we’re making our first shipping rate adjustment since then.

We recognise and apologise to those customers unable to afford these changes to our shipping and recommend that you collect your medicines from a nearby community pharmacy.

Urgent Prescription Request
If you require your prescription urgently (dispatched within 1 working day) a handling and delivery fee will be charged.
Please note out-of-stock items may cause a 1 – 2 day delay.
Additional fees may apply to orders, including (but not limited to) copayments, special shipping, handing or service fees (e.g., refrigerated medicines shipping or out-of-cycle fees).
Below are the rest of our fees associated with shipping and/or handling.
Refrigerated Medicines Shipping
To protect temperature-sensitive products special handling and packaging is required. A charge applies for refrigerated delivery.
Monthly Medicines Service – Stat (all-at-once) Dispensing
Monthly Medicines Service users who want all three months dispensed upfront will be charged the following, plus applicable copayments.
Monthly Medicines Service – Out-of-Cycle Fee
Monthly Medicines Service users with a prescription that needs to be dispensed outside of their usual cycle will be charged a delivery fee
Late Payment Fee
If you are late to paying for your prescription, causing delays and extra handling a charge may be applied.
Expedited Handling Fee
Patients who require their regular monthly prescriptions dispensed earlier than scheduled will be charged, this may take 5-7 working days plus standard delivery timeframe.
Adding Vitamins in Sachet Pack
If you want to add vitamins to your sachet pack the following fee will be charged.
