1. STANDARD shipping, nationwide, including rural. $6.50
- North Island delivery 1-2 working days (working days are Monday-Friday)
- South Island delivery 1-3 working days (working days are Monday-Friday)
- Rural delivery, allow an additional 1-2 working days
- Delivery to Residential (including rural), Work and PO Boxes addresses are accepted
- Delivery times are from when NZ Post collects the parcel from ZOOM (not from when the order is placed)
- NZ Post is our chosen courier, the above delivery times are targets, and are not always possible due to reasons outside of their control e.g. weather/road conditions.
- Once your parcel has been collected from ZOOM Pharmacy, responsibility for delivery is handed over to NZ’s preferred courier, NZ Post.
- Delivery times may take longer during peak times e.g. Christmas
Please note that for a few selected medicines only, we are unable to ship the full 3 month supply in one order/shipment. This is usually due to the type of medicine it is, and Pharmac rules around only dispensing one month at a time of that particular medicine. For those customers not eligible for our free Monthly Medicines Service, please be aware that this could mean you may incur a monthly shipping fee.
2. PRIORITY shipping, Auckland only. $15.00
- This will appear as a shipping option after you enter your address, and only if you are within the priority shipping boundary
- For orders confirmed before 1pm, delivery is between 6-9pm that evening, same day. You will receive a text with a link to track your delivery
- For orders confirmed after 1pm, delivery will be the next working day (working days are Monday-Friday)
- For orders confirmed over the weekend, delivery will be the next working day (Monday)
- Delivery to residential addresses ONLY
- Heavy or large bulky orders may incur additional delivery charges

- When we can, we use packaging from the Better Packaging Company
- Medicines safety during transit does however remain our priority, so please be aware that eco-friendly packaging may not always be the best option for your delivery
- If you would like to return the chilly bin which your cold medicines were delivered in, please email our CS team help@zoompharmacy.co.nz to get a return label
