Description

Yasmin is a combined oral contraceptive pill designed to prevent pregnancy. Each light yellow, round, film-coated tablet contains 3 mg of drospirenone and 30 micrograms of ethinylestradiol. These active ingredients work together to inhibit ovulation (the release of an egg from the ovary), alter the cervical mucus to impede sperm penetration, and modify the uterine lining to prevent implantation. When taken as directed, Yasmin is an effective method of contraception.

Storage Instructions:

Store Yasmin tablets in a cool, dry place below 30°C. Keep the tablets in their original packaging, out of reach of children.
