Active Ingredients: Each Capsule contains: Vitex agnus-castus (chaste tree) extract equivalent to dry fruit  1.5 g. No Added Dairy, egg, gluten, lactose, nuts, shellfish, sugar, fish, sesame seed, artificial flavouring and preservatives. Suitable for vegetarian use.

Dosage: Adults – Take one capsule daily, first thing in the morning, or as professionally advised.

Warnings: Most trials show that treatment for at least three menstrual cycles may be required before symptom relief is experienced in PMT. Several clinical studies have been conducted involving women taking oral contraceptives that have confirmed the herb still reduces PMT symptoms and does not affect the oral contraceptive pill.
