Directions:

DIRECTIONS:
Adults: 15mL (1 tablespoon) 4 times daily.
Children 5-12 years: 15mL (1 tablespoon) 2 times daily.
Children 2-4 years: 7.5-15mL (1/2 – 1 tablespoon) 2 times daily.
Best taken at the first sign of winter ills and chills but can be taken seasonally or year round for extra immune support.

Each 15mL of oral liquid contains
Sambucus niga (Black Elderberry) dry fruit juice equiv. to fresh juice 5.7g
Also contains: Glucose, citric acid, potassium sorbate, natural flavours.
No added: lactose, yeast, dairy or artificial colours.
