Best taken at first signs of ills and chills:
Age 2-4 yrs Weight 11-14 kgs Dose 7.5mL (1/2 tablespoon) once daily
Age 5-9 yrs Weight 15-24 kgs Dose 10ml (2 teaspoons) once daily
Age 10-12 yrs Weight 26-33 kgs Dose 15ml (1 tablespoon) once daily
Shake well before use.

Sambucus nigra (Black Elderberry) flower juice dry 250mg equiv. to flower fresh 5.0g
Sambucus nigra (Black Elderberry) fruit juice dry 163mg equiv. to fruit juice fresh 5.7g
Honey 1.5g
Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 82.5mg
Zinc (as Zinc oxide) 3.0mg
Also contains: glucose, citric acid, potassium sorbate, natural flavours, colloidal silicon dioxide.
