Directions:

Recommended Adults Dosage: Take 1 level scoop (5g) once daily. Dissolve in 150mL of water or add to a smoothie, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Stir until mixed. May cause bowel looseness in some individuals. If pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your healthcare professional before use.
