Directions:

Recommended Adults Dosage: Take 2 capsules daily, one hour before bedtime, or as directed by your healthcare professional. If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your healthcare professional before use. Contains 5-HTP which should not be taken with antidepressants, prescription sleep medications or Parkinson’s medication.
