Directions:

Recommended Adults Dosage: Take 2 capsules daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional. Derived from seafood. Contains 97mg of Potassium per capsule. If you have kidney disease or are taking heart or blood pressure medicines, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if seal under cap is broken or missing.
