Directions:

Recommended Adults Only Dosage: Take 1 tablet with food daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. Swallow with a glass of water. Derived from seafood. This product contains Selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150micrograms for adults of Selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Contains 257mg of Potassium per tablet. If you have kidney disease or are taking heart or blood pressure medicines, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use.
