Description

Arnica plus Cream is a popular Naturo Pharm product that assists rapid response to bruising, fatigue, injury, shock and trauma and aids natural muscle recovery after strenuous exercise or exertion.

Dosage: Apply liberally to affected area 3 to 4 times a day as required but only where the skin is unbroken. Do not apply to broken skin.

Ingredients: Arnica plus cream contains tinctures of Arnica and Hamamelis in a natural, grapeseed-oil cream base.

Do not apply to broken skin. Use together with Naturo Pharm Arnica plus Oral Spray for best results.

Follow the standard “Rest Ice Compression Elevation” for any soft tissue injury. Avoid activity or sport until healing occurs. Exercise that does not stress the injured part, or cause pain, is encouraged.
