Chew 1 tablet daily.

EACH CHEWABLE TABLET PROVIDES:

Iron (as ferrous fumarate) 5mg, Vitamin C 50mg, Vitamin B12 I0mcg, Folic acid 300mcg, Antioxidant, natural colour, artificial flavours, artificial sweetener, tabletting aids.

FORMULATED WITHOUT: Animal products, dairy products, egg, soy, artificial colours or preservatives.
