Directions:
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE: ADULTS
Take 1 tablet daily, 1 hour before bedtime. If needed increase to 2 tablets daily before bedtime.

EACH TABLET PROVIDES: Valerian root ext. equiv. dry 240mg, Passionflower herb ext. equiv. dry 100mg, Hops
strobile ext. equiv. dry 150mg, Colours, Tabletting aids.
FORMULATED WITHOUT: Gluten, wheat, animal products, dairy products, egg, soy, artificial flavours or artificial sweeteners.
