Directions:
1 sachet daily. Pour granules directly into mouth or can be dissolved in water or juice if preferred.

Each 1.5g sachet contains: Lipofer NA dispersible A 166.67 mg (microencapsulated iron pyrophosphate equivalent to 14 mg of elemental iron). Folic acid 200µg, Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 80mg, Vitamin B12 0.1% WS Spray Dried 2.6mg (equivalent to 2.5µg vitamin B12)
