Step 1: Hold TAZi correctly
Hold TAZi at the top, in the curve of your thumb and forefinger.
Step 2: Load your tampon
Open your tampon and place it into the TAZi applicator, making sure the string is hanging outside the applicator. Then load it by pushing up from the base to cover your finger.
Step 3: Get comfortable
Sit, squat, or stand with one leg raised. Choose the position that feels most comfortable for you.
Step 4: Insert the tampon
Position TAZi at the entrance of your vagina and gently push the tampon inside, allowing the applicator to glide with the natural curve of your body until the tampon is placed correctly inside you.
Step 5: Release the tampon
As you pull your finger out, gently pinch the base of TAZi with your thumb holding the string outside. The tampon should remain inside, with the string hanging out, and TAZi will stay on your finger.
Step 6: Remove and clean
Remove the applicator, wipe or rinse it clean, and wash your hands. Then seal the product with its lid.
Always follow the instructions provided with your TAZi product.
TAZi applicators are reusable, so cleaning them properly is important.
At home
After use, rinse your TAZi with cold water to prevent staining. For an extra clean, you can place it in boiling water for 5-7 minutes*, then allow it to dry completely before packing it away.
On the go
If you are out and do not have somewhere private to rinse your applicator, TAZi Flushable Wipes can be used to clean it before placing back in its pouch.
Before storing
Make sure your TAZi is completely dry before storing it somewhere clean and dry.
