Option 2: In your patient portal select/enter ‘ZOOM Pharmacy’ when it asks for your chemist name. If you have any difficulties, call 0508 966 622 and we’ll sort it for you!

Option 3: Freepost (no stamp needed) or courier your prescription to ZOOM. See our address details in the CONTACT tab.
