Medical centre sends your prescription

Option 1: Tell your medical centre to send your prescription to 'ZOOM Pharmacy'. If you have any problems, call 0508 966 622 and we'll sort it for you!

Patient portal sends your prescription

Option 2: In your patient portal select/enter 'ZOOM Pharmacy' when it asks for your chemist name. If you have any difficulties, call 0508 966 622 and we'll sort it for you!

You freepost or courier your prescription

Option 3: Freepost (no stamp needed) or courier your prescription to ZOOM. See our address details in the CONTACT tab.
