Each capsule provides 1500mg of natural fish oil: a rich source of essential Omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. This results in 50% more Omega 3s compared to Nutra-Life Fish Oil 1000mg.

Directions:

Recommended Adults Dosage: Take 2 capsules daily, or as directed by your health professional. Swallow with a glass of water.
