Our goal is to make sure you always have your medicines. We work on your behalf with your medical centre to organise your prescriptions ahead of time.
Our expert team will verify your prescription and discuss your medicines with you. Once we’re satisfied, we will dispense, pack, confirm address and ship.

It’s important that you have your medicines available to take every day. With your permission we will contact your medical centre to organise a new prescription ahead of time, so that we can get your medicines to you well before you’re due to start.
Take the stress out of managing multiple medicines. We pack your month of medicines into a sachet roll. Taking the right medicines at the right time is simple. Each sachet is clearly labelled with the important information you need like date and time, so you can be confident you’re up to date.
Our team is there for you every month. Your refills are sent out automatically ahead of time each month with status updates along the way. Then when you are due for a new prescription we will work with you and your medical center to organise this ahead of time.

Regular medicines are those that you take consistently as part of an ongoing treatment plan, whether daily, weekly, or monthly. These are usually in tablet or capsule form and can be included in a sachet pack to help you take them at the right time and stay on track with your medication schedule.
Sachet packs are a convenient and easy way to manage your medicines. Allowing you to have peace of mind that you are taking your medicines correctly and easily keep track of where you are at.
Each individual sachet is clearly labelled with your name, the medicines inside, the date, day of the week, and time to take it. Your sachet packs come in a long roll, loaded into a dispenser box. Sachets come out in the order that you need to take them.
Our Monthly Medicnes Service is free for people on 4 or more regular medicines. ZOOM Pharmacy is a licensed pharmacy with multiple district contracts, and makes money, like any other pharmacy, through the dispensing fees we are provided from Te Whatu Ora.
Yes, the eco-friendly pouches are biodegradable and can be composted. If you want to get rid of the printed information on your empty sachet before you throw it out, simply place the empty sachet in the sink, and pour hot water over it – the printing then simply rubs off.
