Our team takes their responsibilities very seriously and we are absolutely determined to ensure that all our customers, many of whom are at risk of the suffering the worst consequences of COVID, continue to receive their medicines.
Overwhelmingly positive feedback
We have been so pleased to receive overwhelmingly positive feedback from our customers, despite significant disruption to the Auckland courier system and pressure placed on all healthcare professionals, including prescribers. Our team has worked hard to ensure that our customers continued to get their medicines on time. I am truly grateful to be part of a group of people who care deeply about what they do and most importantly, who they serve.

Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, some of you did experience delays and disruptions. Thank you for your patience and kindness to the ZOOM team, many of whom volunteered to hand deliver in their neighbourhoods in Auckland on the way home from work. Outside of Auckland, ZOOM successfully lobbied NZ Post for priority transit of parcels nationwide. To those of you who have provided us with feedback on our service, thank you for taking the time to let us know what you think. Your feedback is not only very valuable as we continue to refine our service, it is also hugely encouraging for our team as they respond to the challenges that COVID continues to throw at us.
