What if my GP clinic refuses to use ZOOM?
Your GP clinic cannot refuse to send your prescription to ZOOM.
It’s your right to choose what pharmacy you use, so tell your GP clinic, you choose ZOOM. The Health and Disability Commissioner is very clear – a patient has the right to make an informed choice and give informed consent, and must be free to choose what pharmacy they use.
FreePost envelope service
Some medical centres might charge a ‘fax fee’ to send your prescription to ZOOM. If you want to reduce your costs, you can simply FreePost your prescription to ZOOM. Any plain envelope is fine, and no stamp required. We now enclose a FreePost envelope with every order shipped, to make it even easier for you next time.
