Tell your medical centre to send your prescription to ZOOM Pharmacy by EMAIL script@zoompharmacy.co.nz or FAX 0508 966 696

If they are having trouble sending your prescription, call us on FREEPHONE 0508 966 622

Please note: if your medical centre refuses or delays sending your prescription to ZOOM, or directs it to their preferred pharmacy instead, remind them – it’s my decision what pharmacy I use – not yours. The Ministry of Health says ‘the right of patients to choose their pharmacy is a fundamental right enshrined in The Code.’ Your medical centre is duty bound by the Code of Ethics for the New Zealand Medical Profession, the Medical Council of New Zealand and Good Prescribing Practice.

USE YOUR PATIENT PORTAL

If you’re using a patient portal like ManageMyHealth, Health365 or ConnectMed, select/enter ‘ZOOM Pharmacy’ when it asks for your chemist name. Find out more in our FAQ ‘Can I use my patient portal to get my prescriptions sent to ZOOM?‘

If you have a signed prescription, we will need the original hard copy sent to us (SEE BELOW)

COURIER YOUR PRESCRIPTION

If you have a physical prescription it is recommended to COURIER it to us, using a track and trace service. The original is needed by the pharmacy before we can dispense and ship.

This process may cause delays in getting your meds to you by a few days, so may not be appropriate if you need your medicines urgently.
