Sleep Complex Tablets combine traditional ingredients from eastern and western practice to support a good night’s sleep. Adults: Take two tablets once a day 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime.

Ingredients: Each tablet contains: Herbals: Zizyphus jujuba var. spinosa (zizyphus extract dry conc.) 450 mg. Valeriana officinalis (valerian extract dry conc.) equiv. dry root 1.5 g std. to contain: valerenic acid 1.13 mg 375 mg. Lavandula angustifolia (lavender flower oil essential) 2 mg.
Directions for Use: Adults: Take 2 tablets once a day (1/2 – 1 hour before bed), or as professionally prescribed.
