The Opti-Sootheยฎ Eyecare Pack aims to help reduce symptoms of Dry Eye Disease through a three-step plan:

Dry Eye occurs when the tear film that coats our eyes is insufficient to keep them adequately lubricated. This could be due to reduced tear production (Aqueous Deficient Dry Eye), excessive tear evaporation (Evaporative Dry Eye), or a combination of both.
The lack of moisture can lead to a range of symptoms, including irritation of the eye, dryness, stinging and a scratchy or gritty feeling. You may also experience tired eyes, fluctuating or blurry vision and excessive watering.
Establishing a daily eyecare plan is essential in helping to manage ocular surface conditions such as Dry Eye Disease, Blepharitis and Meibomian Gland Dysfunction.

Lubricate + Protect – NOVATEARSยฎ : A unique eye lubricant and tear film stabilizer specifically designed for the relief of evaporative dry eye. 85% of people with dry eye have evaporative dry eye.

Heat + Soothe – Opti-Sootheยฎ Moist Heat Mask: For external use only. Do not use Opti-Soothe for purposes other than intended. Do not share your Opti-Soothe Moist Heat Mask. Do not apply to sensitive skin or open wounds. Should not be used by people with poor circulation, a reduced ability to feel sensation, diabetes, recent eye surgery or any medical condition which affects the eyes or the skin around the eyes. Do not ingest contents. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist or worsen. Not recommended to use whilst sleeping. Inspect your Opti-Soothe Moist Heat Mask regularly, and discard it if worn or damaged. Keep out of reach of children. The head straps in this product contains latex. Store at room temperature.
Cleanse + Soothe – OPTI-SOOTHEยฎ Preservative-free Eyelid Wipes : Keep out of reach of children. Do not apply directly to the eye. Do not use if you have known allergies to any of the ingredients. Directions
Heat + Soothe – Opti-Sootheยฎ Moist Heat Mask: Microwave the Opti-Soothe Heat Mask for 25 seconds in a 800W microwave or 15 seconds in a 900W+ microwave. Always touch with fingers first to test the temperature before applying to the closed eyes. If necessary allow the heat mask to cool for 1 minute and re-test. For additional heat, microwave for 5 seconds. Do not exceed a maximum of 30 seconds of heating. The heat mask remains hot for 30 minutes, if reused within 30 minutes reduce heating time by 10 seconds. For best results apply the heat mask to closed eyes for 10 minutes per treatment or as recommended by your eye care specialist.
Cleanse + Soothe – OPTI-SOOTHEยฎ Preservative-free Eyelid Wipes : Wash hands before use. Close eye and wipe gently and thoroughly across the eyelid and lashes several times
in a side to side motion. Using a fresh wipe, repeat the process for the other eye.
Lubricate + Protect – NOVATEARSยฎ : Instill one drop in each affected eye up to 4 times daily.
