*Ts & Cs apply. If you are on four or more different regular pills/tablets every day you may qualify for the Monthly Medicines Service. Free prescriptions for fully funded medicines only – no $5 standard subsidised prescription charge will apply. Other charges relating to specialist or dental prescriptions may apply. Prescription and delivery fees may apply on some orders. Bulk/heavy and urgent items may incur a higher delivery fee.

**SAME DAY SHIPPING/DISPATCH

  1. Same day shipping/dispatch is valid on orders before 1pm NZT Monday – Friday excluding public holidays. Your order will be picked, packed, and shipped/dispatched the same day.
  2. Payment must be verified before dispatch.
  3. During busy or promotional periods we will strive to fulfil same day dispatch, but delays may occur.
  4. Subject to stock availability. Orders with promotional products may not be eligible for same day dispatch.
  5. If there is a stock variance and we must order products in, or we cannot fulfil an item in your order there may be a delay. We will notify you via email.
