Eligibility: This Contest is only open to who received the contest invitation directly from ZOOM Pharmacy.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of ZOOM Pharmacy as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Contest.
Contest Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on Wednesday, 16th December, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. and ending on Friday, 25 December, 2020 at 11:59 p.m.
How to Enter: The Contest must be entered by submitting an entry using this form.
Prizes: A $50 Prezzy Card (top three videos) or $25 Prezzy Card (five runner ups). Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for ZOOM Pharmacy to use Winner’s video for advertising and promotional purposes on their website and Facebook without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Rights Granted by You: By entering your video, You understand and agree that ZOOM Pharmacy, and the advertising agency acting on behalf of ZOOM Pharmacy, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to publish your video for advertising and promotional purposes on their website and Facebook without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
